Meet Your Provider

Dr Alvarez completed his Allergy & Immunology Fellowship at The Cleveland Clinic Foundation in Cleveland Ohio where he conducted research in Penicillin Allergy. He served the Veteran Community in Oklahoma City where he founded and directed The Allergy Clinic at The VA Medical Center.

He is certified by the American Board of Allergy and Immunology and is active in the American Academy and the American College of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology. He treats patients of all ages with allergies, including allergic rhinitis, recurrent sinus infections, asthma, contact dermatitis, eczema, food allergy, urticaria (hives), angiodema (swelling), medication allergies and venom allergy (fire ant and flying insects).

He is fluent in Spanish, French and English. Dr Alvarez enjoys family activities with his wife and four children. He likes traveling and fishing.
